We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request a return or exchange:

• Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging where applicable.
• Returns or exchanges are subject to approval after inspection.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by H&A Store.
